Sailing Aedis Episode 17: Rule number 1, Don’t hit other boats! Waves, burns and a cruise ship

Join us as we head off into the big blue without a fixed destination, but with a daring new crew member! During what turns out to be a four day passage, we deal with some bad luck in the form of burnt feet and water leaks, we loose a lure to a mermaid, Kate gets her sailing skills on in the middle of the night in heavy winds (and lives to tell the tale), we get a tad cozy with a cruise ship, and Brenton has a message for EU officials…

Oh yes, if you have sensitive ears there is a teensy bit of naughty language in this one!

How about some hypnotic David Attenborough-esque jellyfish footage? Well if any of those take your fancy make sure you take a look at Episode 15 where we get pretty involved with a spectacular cave on the island of Filicudi, and stay tuned at the end for some extended behind the scenes footage on Aedis!

Sailing Aedis Episode 13: In search of a lost underwater city (that I definitely did not make up)

In this episode we continue around the south of Sardinia and stop to anchor in the archeological site of Nora, an ancient Phoenician city that dates back to Roman times. This city was partially submerged during an earthquake, so armed with our dinghy and snorkels, we went in search of some underwater ruins…
